Client Experience Survey in the Social Domain in Hattem
Soon, all residents of Hattem who received support in 2025 through the Social Support Act (Wmo), work and income, or youth care will receive a letter. We kindly ask them to participate in a survey about the quality of this assistance. The questionnaire can be completed until Friday, May 8.
Who can participate?
The survey is intended for individuals who used Youth Care, the Social Support Act (Wmo), or Work and Income services provided by the municipality in 2025. If you made use of these services in 2025, you will have received an invitation letter to participate in the survey.
Anonymous and voluntary
Research agency ZorgfocuZ is conducting the survey on behalf of the municipality. Participants will complete the questionnaire using an anonymous token (a random combination of numbers and letters). Individual responses will only be accessible to the research agency and not to the municipality. The municipality, care providers, and others will not know which answers you provide. The municipality will use these anonymous tokens solely to send targeted reminder letters. Participation is, of course, entirely voluntary.
Why is your opinion important?
