Proposal for transfer of ownership of municipal land adjacent to Geldersedijk 41
Residents of Geldersedijk 41 have sufficiently demonstrated that the land has been continuously and long-term occupied by them. This fulfils the legal requirements applicable for acquiring ownership of the land.
We intend to transfer ownership of a piece of municipal land, approximately 488 m² in size, located near Geldersedijk 41 in Hattem. The land is registered in the land registry under municipality Hattem, section G, number 760 (partially).
One serious interested party
Based on objective, reasonable and verifiable criteria, we are of the opinion that only one serious interested party qualifies. The residents of Geldersedijk 41 have sufficiently demonstrated that the land has been continuously and long-term occupied by them. This fulfils the legal requirements applicable for acquiring ownership of the land.
If you believe you also qualify for the transfer of the land based on the criteria described above, please notify us. Do so within 14 calendar days (no later than 15 April 2026). We will then assess whether you meet the conditions for transfer set out in this notice. We will inform you in writing, with reasons, of the outcome within 7 calendar days of receiving your notification. If you meet the conditions, we will proceed with a normal or extended selection procedure.
If you wish to challenge this matter in court, initiate an interlocutory injunction procedure with the preliminary relief judge of the Gelderland District Court. Do so within a period of 20 calendar days (no later than 21 April 2026). The aforementioned period is a forfeiture period.
