Final results of the 2026 Heiloo municipal council elections

The final results of the municipal council elections in the municipality of Heiloo have been announced. Voter turnout was 63.9%. Mayor Mascha ten Bruggencate announced the results on March 26, 2026, during a meeting of the central polling station.

Interpretation meeting

On Thursday evening, March 26, 2026, an interpretation meeting will be held regarding the final results. In the first part of the evening, all factions will reflect on the elections and share their thoughts on the outcome.

The debate will then continue with a forward-looking discussion on the information process. Faction leader Ms. Veerbeek (Heiloo-2000) will explain the proposed approach, as well as the task assigned to the scout, Mr. Van Iterson Scholten. The interpretation debate begins at 7:30 PM and is open to the public.

Farewell and installation of the municipal council

On Tuesday, March 31, 2026, starting at 7:30 PM, there will be a farewell for the current municipal council and committee members in the council chamber. On Wednesday, April 1, 2026, the new municipal council will be installed. Starting at 7:30 PM, the new councillors will take their oath or promise.
