Closure of Zeeweg between Koningin Julianalaan and Rijnstraat
From Monday, March 16 until Friday, April 3, Zeeweg will be closed in both directions between the roundabout at the town hall (Koningin Julianalaan) and Rijnstraat. Contractor Boskalis will connect the new bus lane to Zeeweg during this period. Cars will be diverted via Hoorneslaan or Westerbaan. The bus lines will also be diverted.
Detour for cyclists
The cycle path along Zeeweg will remain open on the Cleijn Duin side. Cyclists can cycle from Rijnstraat to Zeeweg, but not the other way around. Because the Duinviool cycle tunnel (near Baron van Wassenaerlaan) is still closed, cyclists will be diverted via the Molentuinweg cycle tunnel. From March 27, the Duinviool cycle tunnel will be open again.
