Farewell to municipal council
Today, we said goodbye to the first municipal council of Land van Cuijk. Over the past four years, 37 councillors have dedicated themselves to all residents of Land van Cuijk. We thank them for their commitment.
Royal honours
Two councillors were honoured today. Arthur Baudet and Johan Hermanussen received Royal honours for their many years of service as councillors. They have been appointed Members of the Order of Orange-Nassau.
Mr Baudet served as alderman from 2010 to 2014 and as a councillor for two terms in the former municipality of Cuijk. From 3 January 2022 to 31 March 2026, he was a councillor for the municipality of Land van Cuijk.
Mr Hermanussen began his term as a councillor in the former municipality of Boxmeer on 14 March 2002. In total, he served five terms as a councillor. From 3 January 2022 to 31 March 2026, he was also a councillor for the municipality of Land van Cuijk.
