Pick up free compost during National Compost Day
During National Compost Day on March 28, we will once again distribute free bags of compost to our residents. This year, you will also receive a free packet of flower seeds. Both are available on a first-come, first-served basis! It is not possible to collect loose compost.
You can pick up a maximum of 2 bags of compost between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM at the Municipal Yard on Veilingweg 44. And we have an extra treat for the first 200 visitors. They will receive a free watering can. These watering cans are made from recycled plastic and are offered by Royal Houweling.
Please note: it is not possible to pick up free compost at the Raw Materials Collection Station.
