Invitation to residents' meeting on participation
Residents and the municipality are shaping life in Leudal together. That is why the municipality is working on new participation policy. This outlines how residents can contribute ideas, get involved, and sometimes even take over certain tasks from the municipality (challenge right). We believe it is important to hear your thoughts on this.
Meeting – think and get involved
Last September, two meetings were held to discuss participation. Based on the outcomes of those evenings, we drafted the concept participation policy. We would like to discuss this with you, add to it, and make adjustments where necessary. That is why we are organising a residents' meeting on 7 May in Roggel.
- When: Thursday 7 May
- Time: 19:30–21:30
- Location: La Rochelle - Pastoor Hanraetsstraat 7a, 6088 EH Roggel
What will we discuss during this meeting?
We invite you to join us in thinking about how cooperation between residents and the municipality can take shape. We will do this using the following examples:
- Playgrounds
- The development of the rural countryside
- The key points from the participation policy on cooperation between residents and the municipality
The outcomes of this meeting will be used to supplement the participation policy. We will then discuss this with the municipal executive before it is adopted by the municipal council.
