On 18 March, elections were held for a new municipal council. After a four-year term, the current municipal council will officially conclude its duties on 31 March 2026. The new municipal council will be sworn in on 1 April.
During the public council meeting on 31 March, the outgoing councillors will bid farewell. Some of them will return in the newly elected municipal council.
