The central polling station confirmed the final election results on 26 March. The distribution of votes is now clear, along with the composition of the new municipal council.
A total of 7,235 votes were cast. Of these, 7,200 were valid, 20 were blank, and 15 were invalid. The VVD received the most votes (2,328), followed by the CDA (1,142) and Inwonersbelangen Montfoort Linschoten (1,138). Progressief Akkoord received 890 votes, while the SGP garnered 771. D66 received 571 votes and the ChristenUnie 360.
