Opening weekend of renovated ‘t Kampje a great success
Under beautiful weather, the square filled up with families, children playing, and local residents enjoying (children’s) activities, music, snacks, drinks, and above all, the joy of being together—exactly what the village square is meant for.
As alderman, I had the pleasure of officially opening the square on Saturday, and I look back on it with great satisfaction. We extend our gratitude to all residents, volunteers, entrepreneurs, and organizations for their contributions to both the celebration and the redesign. Thanks to you, ‘t Kampje is once again a vibrant meeting place. Looking forward to many more wonderful moments on our renewed square!
