New magnifying glass in the Klauterwoud
The maintenance team of the Federation installed this special magnifying glass on March 21, 2026, at the edge of the Klauterwoud in the Broekpolder.
The magnifying glass consists of a sturdy hardwood stand shaped like a tree trunk with a magnifying glass that allows you to examine flowers, leaves, or other natural objects. It is slightly hidden in the shade of the trees, so you won’t be bothered by the sun. It’s a fun new play element in the Klauterwoud.
Children can use it to learn and discover what grows and blooms in the Broekpolder. The magnifying glass is a gift from the Friends of the Broekpolder.
