Sale of Dorpsstraat 188 begins!
The municipality of Vlieland acquired Dorpsstraat 188 last year to help provide more affordable housing on the island. During the preparation phase, the land was divided into three parts: the residential house with a small shed, the large dilapidated shed, and a plot where two homes are to be built.
Makelaardij Friesland has been commissioned by the municipality to sell the different parts; three websites have been created where photos, descriptions of each property, and the terms of sale can be found.
On Saturday, April 11, there will be an open house from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM where the real estate agent will be available to provide explanations and answer questions.
These properties will be sold exclusively to buyers with an economic and/or social connection to Vlieland. First-time buyers and those moving from social housing will be given priority.
For any questions, you can contact the real estate agent.
