Successful Open Day at Town Hall during BinnenKijken bij Bedrijven
On Monday morning, March 16, we opened our doors to job seekers during BinnenKijken bij Bedrijven (BKBB). A total of 23 visitors had the opportunity to take a peek behind the scenes at the town hall and get to know the work we do every day.
Warm welcome and inspiring program
The visitors were warmly welcomed with a cup of coffee and a stroopwafel. This was followed by a short introduction about the municipality and the various tasks and roles within the organization. This gave the attendees a good idea of what the municipality does for residents and entrepreneurs.
Enthusiastic and curious visitors
After the introduction, a tour of the town hall followed. Visitors could view various workplaces and meeting rooms and engage in conversation with the employees who gave the tour. Colleagues also openly shared about their daily work. They shared what makes their work varied and valuable and why they feel so at home at the municipality. At the end of the morning, all visitors left enthusiastically with a goodiebag.
