Free compost available on March 28
Want some free compost? Mark Saturday, March 28 on your calendar now, as that’s when our annual giveaway event will take place.
We’re doing this as a thank-you to residents for properly separating their organic waste. The gft (organic) waste you separate is turned into compost, among other things. This is called recycling, and it’s great for the climate. We’ll be distributing compost at the following locations:
- Professor Aalbersestraat in Zevenaar (municipal yard)
- Market in Lobith
- Village square in Giesbeek
You may take a maximum of 2 bags per person. We’ll be there from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, or until the bags run out. While supplies last!
