Second, energy: The North Seas potential as a clean energy hub is immense. Regulatory consistency is vital for investors to start projects, and together, we can provide this stability.

Third, migration: We agree on managing who enters Europe, ensuring it aligns with international obligations, not dictated by traffickers. These discussions are crucial as we approach the Summit.
