Swearing-in ceremonies
The meeting began with the admission and swearing-in of Ms Bettine van Boxel-van Gruijthuijsen (D66) as a temporary council member. She replaces Floris Stoot, who has resigned. This was followed by the swearing-in of Mr Nino de Lange (PvdA) as a temporary council member to replace Saskia van Hulten, who has requested a second temporary resignation. Ms Hetty Egger-van Oppen (ChristenUnie-SGP) was then sworn in. She had previously served as a citizen member for this party and has now been temporarily appointed as a council member to replace Mr Henk van Zelst. Mr John van Grinsven (ChristenUnie-SGP) was sworn in last as a citizen member for ChristenUnie-SGP.
