The province of North Holland is entering into a collaboration with the Yvonne van Gennip Talent Fund to support sports talents from North Holland.
A key part of the collaboration is the launch of Talentbook North Holland Opens an external link, a special page on the national crowdfunding platform Talentbook. Here, young talented athletes and teams from the province can present themselves and attract donors for sports goals. 100% of donations go directly to the sports talent.
Deputy Jeroen Olthof: “Top athletes are the ambassadors of sport. With their achievements, they inspire young and old to also engage in sports and physical activity. With Talentbook North Holland, we want to help sports talents on their way to the top by providing them a platform. In this way, we not only strengthen talent but also inspire others to engage in a wide variety of sports.”
About Talentbook
North Holland Talentbook is intended for sports talent with an NOC*NSF or federation status. This means they have participated in a national championship, European championship, or world championship, or are going to do so. Individual talents, teams, and groups can raise additional funds through Talentbook North Holland for training, materials, or for example, participation in an international tournament. Companies, institutions, and individuals who want to sponsor or support North Holland talent can find an overview of the sports talents in need of support in one place.
