One of the suspects ran into the store, smashed the display cases with a blunt object, and stole jewelry. The suspect then fled by getting on the bike of the second suspect who was waiting outside. Based on information from bystanders, officers were able to apprehend the suspects shortly thereafter in the vicinity of the store. The stolen items were also found with them.

The suspects are two minors from Hoorn and Lelystad. They have been detained and are being interrogated. The police are conducting further investigations into the robbery.
