At around 5:00 AM, a report of a stabbing incident at Westerhaven came in. Officers responded to the scene and found an injured person. An investigation was immediately initiated, and shortly thereafter, the suspect was arrested on Peperstraat in Groningen.
The victim is a 21-year-old man without a permanent residence in the Netherlands. He was injured and taken to the hospital. The police arrested a 39-year-old man from Zwolle as a suspect. Witnesses were interviewed, and footage was reviewed. Additionally, forensic investigations were conducted. The police are further investigating the circumstances of the stabbing incident.
