Anonymous reporting via M.
The police received several anonymous tips about drug trafficking (soft and hard drugs) that were of great value to the investigation. We are grateful to the informants. Anonymous reports can be made via M. (formerly Report Crime Anonymously). At M. (0800-7000) you can report production and trade in drugs, violent crimes, robberies, arson, and arms or human trafficking. Even small pieces of information can be important. M. ensures that your report reaches the police while your identity remains fully protected.
What happens to seized drugs?
Drugs seized by the police are always destroyed. In some cases, a small amount is kept and examined as evidence for the trial.
What can you do if your child deals or uses drugs?
If your child deals drugs, this is punishable. Talk to your child about it and seek professional help. For support and advice, you can contact the Trimbos Institute.
