The Ombudsman Metropolitan Amsterdam holds monthly office hours for residents of Almere at the New Library on the last Wednesday of every month between 10:00 and 12:00.

Canceled office hours summer period

The office hours on Wednesday, July 30, fall during the summer vacation period and will be canceled.
In addition to this office hour, residents can usually visit the Ombudsman Metropolitan Amsterdam at the open walk-in office hours at his office in Amsterdam. This office hour is also canceled during the summer period.

Alternative Ombudsman office hours

Residents who wish to contact the Ombudsman during the summer period or wish to file a complaint can call between 09:00 and 12:00 at the phone number: 020-625 99 99. Additionally, they can request a live appointment with one of the employees of the Ombudsman Metropolitan Amsterdam via phone.
If the situation requires it, a home visit is also possible.

On Wednesday, August 27, the Ombudsman will hold office hours again in Almere, location The New Library.
Starting Tuesday, August 26, the Ombudsman will also resume the physical office hours at his office in Amsterdam.
