The WOZ value is determined by WOZ appraisers. They use various data, such as the size of the property, sales prices from the Land Registry, aerial and panoramic photos, information from Funda, building plans, and other known data. All this information is clearly presented in the appraisal report.
From January 27, the appraisal report of the property can be viewed via
www.amersfoort.nl/wozwaarde and from January 29 via MijnOverheid.

Questions, doubts, or errors on the assessment

If you have doubts about the WOZ value or an error on the assessment notice, it is advisable to first contact the municipality via 14 033. In many cases, a question can be resolved immediately. If there is still a difference of opinion, an objection can be filed. This can be done up to six weeks after the date on the assessment notice.
