Subsidy Scheme for Homeowners Associations (VvE’s)
The Municipality of Amersfoort assists Homeowners Associations (VvE’s) and their residents in insulating their apartments. The new subsidy scheme makes it easier and more attractive to take energy-saving measures. Together, we work towards a more comfortable, energy-efficient, and sustainable Amersfoort.
Consultation on Amendment of Rules of Procedure and Council Committees Regulation
Since 2023, the municipal council has been meeting with fixed, theme-oriented committees. After more than a year, the new working method has been evaluated. Following the evaluation, on April 22, 2025, the presidium was instructed to prepare a proposal to amend the councils meeting rules. These rules are documented in the Rules of Procedure and the Council Committees Regulation. The presidium is now submitting a council proposal with new versions of these regulations to the council.
