The house was occupied but also used as a prostitution venue. During the inspection, two sex workers were present in the house. No one was arrested. By order of Mayor Henri Lenferink, the house was immediately closed for a period of 4 weeks.
A property where illegal prostitution or sexual exploitation takes place can be recognized by a high number of visitors who stay only briefly. Such signals were also present at this address. Thanks to multiple reports from the neighborhood, successful intervention was possible.
