Search for Green Entrepreneurs for Urban Farming in Amsterdam

Amsterdam is looking for entrepreneurs for urban farming and nature development in the Lutkemeerpolder. This 9-hectare site in Tuinen van West is open for creative green ideas. Everyone is welcome to participate, whether experienced or new. Registration is open from January 21 to March 4.

Tuinen van West offers new opportunities, such as walking, cycling, and fresh products from local growers.

Urban Farming

The plot is located on Lutkemeerweg and is intended for urban agriculture. Here you can grow food and undertake activities that benefit the city. This can range from growing flowers to nature-friendly recreation. Creativity is key as long as it supports urban farming.

How to Participate?

From January 21, 2025, you can register. Collaborate with other entrepreneurs on a good plan and submit it before March 4. Collaboration is mandatory. The municipality will select the best proposal in June 2025. Maybe you will be the one to develop this green space in Amsterdam.
