From September 22 to October 17, 2025, City Office Center is closed. You cannot handle your civil affairs here temporarily.

This is a temporary closure of 4 weeks due to the renovation of the town hall. Therefore, you can no longer apply for a passport or ID card at this city office.

Where can you go?

You can visit all other city offices in the city to arrange your civil affairs, such as applying for a passport and permits. Or you can make an appointment via 14 020.

If you had an appointment at City Office Center until October 27, you have been informed in a timely manner about the relocation and the new appointment details via email or phone. If this has not happened, please contact via 14 020.
