Help Me During the Festival On the Ring

We need volunteers on the ring road, around the ring road, and at various locations in the city. A great opportunity to contribute to a unique event on the longest day of the year.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers for various roles, including:

  • Staff for information desks who provide information about the program, accessibility, and answer other questions from visitors.
  • Accessibility hosts who offer a warm welcome and extra assistance to visitors with mobility limitations.
  • Hosts who welcome participating organizations and guide them to the right locations for their activities.
  • City hosts who inform visitors at stations and busy places about accessibility and the program of the event.

How does it work?

As a volunteer, you will work a shift of 8 hours, depending on your role. You will be well prepared for this. Two weeks before the event, there will be a volunteer meeting. All volunteers will receive a clear briefing there.

On the day itself, you will receive recognizable clothing and food and drinks will be available for all volunteers.

Would you like to help on this special day? Sign up as a volunteer. This can be done until Wednesday, April 16, via the EventMakers website. You can also indicate your preference for a role here. After signing up, EventMakers will contact you for a personal conversation to see which position suits you best.

Accessibility Amsterdam

Please note that Amsterdam is less accessible due to the closure of part of the A10 and some streets and bridges in the city. Therefore, it is advisable to come on foot, by bike, or possibly by public transport.
