Breda aims to be an attractive city for everyone. This includes people with a tighter budget. The demand for affordable social rental housing is therefore high. The municipality of Breda and housing corporations prioritize the rapid realization of affordable homes in temporary locations. After the keys to the first homes on Claudius Prinsenlaan were handed over in 2024, the De Stip project (next to the Rat Verlegh Stadium) is now up next. Here, housing corporation Laurentius and the municipality of Breda, together with modular builder Barli, have realized 192 social rental homes.
