Municipality of Breda and BPD Bouwfonds Gebiedsontwikkeling signed an important agreement on January 26 for the development of a special housing concept at Heerbaan 220-2022. This step brings the realization of 41 sustainable mid-rent apartments for seniors closer. The project responds to the desire of many residents to live independently longer in their familiar neighborhood and contributes to housing flow: existing family homes become available for young families.
