The Bredaille is becoming increasingly popular. This year, there were more than one thousand participants. On Wednesday, December 10, more than six hundred of them received their medals during the ceremony at the Mezz. They had completed at least three running events in Breda. Interested in joining? Registrations for the Bredaille 2026 are now open.
Alderman Eddie Förster (Sports): “That Breda is a true sports city is evident from the fact that we reached over 1000 participants this year. Running is extremely popular. And rightly so, because it is wonderful to participate in running events through our beautiful, green municipality. The Bredaille is for everyone who wants to run; whether it is your first or hundredth run, you will find camaraderie and sportsmanship here. We look back on a fantastic 2025. In 2026, we celebrate our anniversary: five years of Bredaille. That will be one to remember.”
