Busy First Aid Activity
The first aid team had an intensive evening, mainly due to incidents related to hypothermia and alcohol intoxication. Despite the busy situation, most care requests were handled on site.
Cold, Snow and Code Yellow
Today is again a cold Carnival day. From late afternoon, around 4:00–5:00 PM, a lot of snow is expected, possibly several centimeters in a short time. Visitors are therefore advised to dress warmly and be aware of slippery conditions and reduced visibility.
The NS operates in principle according to the normal timetable, but travelers are advised to be well prepared and check the travel planner shortly before departure for the most current travel information.
Agreements with Entrepreneurs Fund
The agreements with retail to limit the sale of glass and cans in the city center are well received. Enforcement officers still find glass and cans, but notice that the agreements are starting to have an effect. Cooperation with entrepreneurs is going well and contributes to a safer and cleaner Carnival.
