Today in Breda, the very first copy of the new childrens booklet Teun cycles in Breda was handed over to an enthusiastic group of fourth-grade students at KBS Laurentius primary school. This marks the official start of an annual tradition: approximately 2,000 children in Breda in third grade will receive this free booklet before the summer holidays in the coming years. This way, children in third grade, who have just learned to read, can continue practicing during the summer vacation. The initiative is part of the reading offensive within the Equal Opportunities pillar of the Education Vision established in 2024.
