Breda is growing, and with it, the pressure on public spaces is increasing. To keep the city welcoming, green, safe, and accessible for everyone, the Municipality of Breda has renewed the terrace regulations. The revised terrace regulation has now been adopted. This regulation was revised following 28 comments submitted during the consultation period by entrepreneurs, residents, and organizations. In consultation with stakeholders, a good balance was sought between space for entrepreneurs, vibrancy, accessibility, and environmental quality.
