From January 1, 2026, first-time home buyers in Breda can once again make use of the Starter Loan. With a deposit of €6 million into the Starter Loan fund, the municipality expects to assist between 228 and 258 starters in purchasing their first home in 2026. Up to and including 2027, approximately 303 loans can be granted in total. This is an important step by Breda to keep housing affordable for young residents.
