The municipality supports you as an apartment owner to work together with your VvE to make the building future-proof. The municipality collaborates with the new partner Centraal Beheer. We hold several information meetings each year on various themes. A course is also organized a few times a year specifically for VvE owners. During this course, you will learn what is involved in making your VvE more sustainable. This includes legal, financial, and architectural aspects, as well as how to get everyone in your VvE on board. After the course, your VvE can request an orientation scan, in which you receive a general advice on what is possible in your VvE. Participation in the meetings and/or the course is free for VvE owners. The orientation scan is also paid for by the municipality if you have participated in the course.
Information Meetings 2025
The municipality will hold 2 information meetings at the end of this year. In these meetings, you will see what steps you can take and get a practical picture of what is possible. You will also receive a questionnaire a week in advance. In this, you indicate what you would like to hear more about during the meeting.

Course 2026:
The municipality will hold a new round of courses in January on Wednesday evenings.
The preliminary dates are: January 14, 21, and 28, and February 4. More information will follow, but you can already register now.
