Have you found something or lost an item in Haarlem? You can visit the public hall at Zijlvest and use the iLost website. This way, we return items to their rightful owner.
Have you found a key? Hang it on the key board in the public hall. Someone who lost it can immediately see if their key is there.
Official documents, such as passport, identity card, driving license, or residence permit, must always be handed in at the public hall. We ensure safe handling. Cards such as bank cards, credit cards, or NS travel passes should be sent to the issuing organization. If you find something that could possibly be (remnants of) an explosive or a weapon, call the police immediately via 112.
