We are building a new, multifunctional gymnastics hall on Pim Mulierlaan in Haarlem-North. This sports hall is intended for gymnasts, acrobats, and freerunners from Haarlem and the surrounding area. You can now help decide the name of this new hall! Until January 28, you can vote for one of the names from the top 5.
The gymnastics hall is a professional place for athletes to train. The hall will become the new home for various sports clubs and will also be used for gym classes from Mendelcollege.
Competition for new name
The new hall needs a name. A name that fits the sporty function and the location. That is why we held a competition last year: who can come up with a good name? Residents could submit ideas. This resulted in many entries.

A selection committee, with representatives of involved parties, evaluated all submissions. From all entries, these 5 names were chosen for the final voting round:

Voting
From January 14 to January 28, 2026, you can cast a vote for your favorite name. You can vote via the form. The name with the most votes will become the official name of the new gymnastics hall. On February 11, it will be announced which name wins.
