The Municipality of Maastricht and Stichting LVO are collaborating with HEVO for the realization of the new construction of Sint-Maartenscollege at Eenhoornsingel and the sports hall in Maastricht-West.

At the Eenhoornsingel location, there are two projects: the new construction of Sint-Maartenscollege and the Belfort sports hall. Because both buildings are adjacent and share facilities, it is important that the design and construction are well coordinated. Therefore, the Municipality of Maastricht and Stichting LVO have decided to delegate the construction management to one external party. After a tender process, this became HEVO.

Risk-bearing project management

This form of project management ensures that these buildings are delivered within the planning and financial frameworks. Preparations have already started, and the delivery of the school and sports hall is scheduled for August 2028.
