What will be built at this location?
The plans include two residential buildings with a total of about 35 apartments. The ground floor is reserved for social functions, such as a care facility or community function. The distribution of the homes is as follows:
• 1/3 social rent
• 1/3 affordable rent or purchase
• 1/3 more expensive homes
This aims to better meet the housing needs in Elst and contribute to a varied housing supply.
