The Municipality of Overbetuwe considers it important to know what you think of our services in the social domain. Have our services truly helped you? What can be improved or done differently? To gather this information, a questionnaire has been created called the Effect Monitor.
We measure multiple services. We start by surveying three services, namely:
- Household support under the WMO
- Individual guidance under the WMO
- Group guidance/day activities under the WMO
During 2026, we will expand the services to a total of 15.
Message and invitation via SMS and WhatsApp
If you use one of these services, you may soon receive an SMS announcing the questionnaire. This message states that you will soon receive a questionnaire via WhatsApp. This message is sent on behalf of the municipality by the research agency Miles Research.
Improving services
Participation in the questionnaire is voluntary and completely anonymous. Whether or not you fill out the questionnaire does not affect the service you currently receive or may receive in the future. The goal is to improve services from the municipality. You can help us by completing the questionnaire. “The feedback from our residents is important to us. It provides insight to continue improving,” says Maaike Ariaans, project leader of the Effect Monitor.
