On Saturday, April 11, 2026, you and your association will clean up litter along the banks and floodplains of the Waal and Nederrijn rivers. You will walk along the water and collect the waste like true river pickers.

Each participating association will be assigned one area. If the area is clean, your association will receive €250 for the club fund. The municipality provides materials and handles the disposal of the bags of waste.

Register your association before March 30, 2026 via opschoondag@overbetuwe.nl.
We need 6 associations. Only associations from Overbetuwe with a Chamber of Commerce number can participate.
