The existing playgrounds in Kralingse Bos are a bit old and worn out here and there. Therefore, the current playgrounds are getting a makeover. The municipality also wants to create a new sports area and a new playground.
This new playground should be located behind the cable car at Langepad. Additionally, there is a plan to create a sports area – also known as a calisthenics park. This should be located on the western side, by the water.

The municipality is curious about what visitors to Kralingse Bos would like. They can fill out a digital questionnaire. This can be found here. Link opens an external page. The questionnaire can be answered until Wednesday, October 8.
It is also possible to drop by. Municipality staff will be present on Wednesday, September 24, in Kralingse Bos, in the field at Langepad (opposite the childrens swimming pool, past the cable car). They will be available from 14:00 to 17:00 - with drinks and snacks for everyone.

In October, the municipality will collect all feedback, then a design for each playground and the new sports area will be created. Residents and users of Kralingse Bos will have another opportunity to respond. The municipality wants to quickly get started with the implementation.
