Due to a disruption, iDeal payments when increasing the balance for the visitor scheme may not be processed correctly. We are currently working hard on a solution.
Increasing balance
Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose another payment method to increase the balance of the visitor scheme. Therefore, under certain conditions, we handle the increase of the balance leniently.
If you have only a limited balance left, you can call us during opening hours at (073) – 615 51 55. The balance will then be manually increased up to the maximum available monthly balance applicable to your parking sector.
We only increase the balance when less than 25% of the available hours/minutes for your parking sector remain in your visitor scheme.
Paying for parking products
For other parking products where iDeal payments sometimes do not work properly, you can choose another payment method.
If you have already made an iDeal payment that did not go through correctly, please cancel your current application before choosing another payment method.
