On September 25, this concerns the section from the intersection with the Bredaseweg/N282 to the Middeldijkdreef. On September 26, the section from the Middeldijkdreef to the intersection with the Bredaseweg will be closed (the route towards Gilze).
Traffic must take a different route during the work. This is indicated on signs along the side of the road. Later this year, work will also be done at night. For this, the road halves between the Middeldijkdreef and the Bredaseweg will be alternately closed for a short time. Additionally, work will also be done later this year in the railway tunnel of the Mayor Letschert Road. During these works, one lane in each direction will be open to car traffic. The exact timing of these works is still unknown. In the spring of 2026, the asphalt at the intersection of Bredaseweg/Mayor Letschert Road will be replaced.
