New plots for sale at the Mastenveld in Stadshagen

The Mastenveld

In the northern part of the Mastenveld, there is space for 6 semi-detached houses and 1 detached corner house, adjacent to the bike path and the northern wadi. Characteristic is the use of wood and greenery in the architecture. In the southern part of the Mastenveld, there is space for 6 detached houses with a roof. Circularity and nature inclusiveness are encouraged in the design. At the Mastenveld, you can customize the layout and design of the house within the frameworks set out in the brochures.

Living in De Tippe

De Tippe is located close to the Stadshagen station, between the wide IJssel landscape and the existing neighborhoods of Stadshagen and Westenholte. De Tippe will be a green neighborhood with plenty of space to live, work, and recreate. With village coziness and city buzz within cycling distance. In total, more than 1,300 homes will be built in De Tippe, spread over three districts. The Poldergrid is the most rural district, in the north of De Tippe. In the Poldergrid, every yard is different.

You are also warmly welcome to the walk-in meeting on Monday evening, November 10, 2025 (see the paragraph ‘Important dates and times’). You can register for this via the website.

Meet a co-builder?

In the northern Mastenveld, there is space for 6 semi-detached houses. You can register for these plots individually or as a duo – together with a co-builder. Important to know: duos have priority in the lottery. To help you find a co-builder, you also have the opportunity to meet one during the walk-in meeting. During the evening, interested parties can come together to get to know each other in an informal way.
