How does it work?
A few times a year you will receive an invitation by email to participate in a test. Registration is not mandatory. During a test, you will review or fill in a webpage or web form at the City Hall or City Office.
A researcher will ask questions during the test to find out what is clear and what is not. The tests last one hour each time. You will receive a VVV voucher worth 30 euros as a thank you for your participation.
The answers you provide during a test are processed anonymously. Based on the test results, the website or web form will be adjusted and optimized.
From time to time, we also conduct other types of research for which you may be invited, such as interviews to understand the needs of residents.
