The advice on the amendment of the Fisheries Act regarding fisheries control related to the maximum administrative fine to be imposed received the so-called dictum A. This is a positive advice and means that the Advisory Division has no comments on the bill.
The other three advices also received a positive advice, the so-called dictum B. The Advisory Division did have a few comments on the proposal and advises to take these into account before the proposal is submitted to the House of Representatives.
These advices concern:
- The amendment of the Decree on environmental quality and the Decree on environmental activities in connection with the update of the Large Rivers Policy.
- The amendment of the Police Data Decree whereby European rules on the protection of personal data in the investigation and prosecution of criminal offenses are transposed into national law.
- The Implementation Act on electronic evidence, which implements a European legislative package. This should make it easier to collect cross-border electronic evidence for the investigation and prosecution of criminal offenses.
