Eight advices received the so-called dictum A. This is a positive advice and means that the Advisory Division has no comments on the bill. These advices concern:

- Decree increasing threshold status organization of public interest housing corporations
- Formalization addendum employment agreement civil servants BES 2024-2026 and other changes
- Decree rules follow-up functions of ministers
- Act on commitments Wtp and other pension topics
- Implementation decree collection and verification requirements for reporting providers of crypto asset services
- the agreement between the Benelux States and Belize regarding the exemption from the visa requirement for holders of valid diplomatic passports; Brussels, 6 May 2025 (Trb. 2025, 43)
- the agreement between the Benelux States and the Kyrgyz Republic regarding the exemption from the visa requirement for holders of valid diplomatic and service/official passports; Brussels, 18 June 2025 (Trb. 2025, 82 reissue)
Four other advices also received a positive advice, the so-called dictum B. The Advisory Division has a few comments on the proposal and advises the government to take these into account before submitting the proposal to the House of Representatives.
These advices concern:

- Amendment of the Decree on notification formalities and data processing shipping in connection with the introduction of the Maritime National Single Window
- Implementation Proportionality Directive regarding the Order of Patent Attorneys
- Implementation Proportionality Directive regarding professional organizations with regulatory authority
One advice received a critical dictum, dictum C. The Advisory Division has several objections to the proposal and advises the government not to submit the proposal to the House of Representatives, unless it is amended.
