On Tuesday, December 16, 2025, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will address the House of Representatives and Senate at 10:45 AM in the plenary hall of the House of Representatives. Journalists can report from the public gallery from 10:15 AM until the end of the meeting.

The meeting will take place on Tuesday, December 16 from 10:20 AM to approximately 11:15 AM in the plenary hall and can be followed live via the House of Representatives livestream and the Debat Direct app.
Attendance and prior registration
Journalists can follow the meeting from the public gallery of the plenary hall. A (permanent) accreditation does not grant access to the public gallery. Prior registration is mandatory. The number of seats in the gallery is limited. Editorial offices can register a maximum of 1 person per function group (report, photo, and camera). This can be done by sending an email to persvoorlichting@tweedekamer.nl stating name and editorial office. Registration is possible until Monday, December 15 at 5:00 PM. In case of high interest, a selection will be made.
Image registration
The meeting can be followed live via the House of Representatives livestream and Debat Direct. The images can also be downloaded in high resolution afterwards via Chamber images. On the House of Representatives image bank photos are made available royalty-free.

First floor closed
The area around the plenary hall on the first floor is inaccessible to everyone on Tuesday morning.
Interview requests
Before and after the meeting, there is no possibility to interview/meet the Ukrainian president in the parliamentary building.
