Today, Speaker of the House Martin Bosma awarded royal honors to six Members of Parliament who were leaving their parliamentary duties. This took place during the final plenary session of the old House of Representatives. Tomorrow – Wednesday, 12 November 2025 – the new House of Representatives will be officially installed.

The following departing Members of Parliament (in alphabetical order) were appointed Knights in the Order of Orange-Nassau:

Max Aardema, Harm Holman, Leon de Jong, Isa Kahraman, Dennis Ram, and Nico Uppelschoten.
